Andrew Zatman
Andrew founded the firm and is now the managing partner.
In addition to his degree in law he obtained a masters degree
in business administration from the University of Warwick.
As an MBA he is better able to understand the problems faced
by our entrepreneurial clients and be proactive in his advice.
His specialty is banking and also the acquisition leasing
and disposal of commercial properties.
He also acts for many commercial funders and has good connections
with both on-shore and off-shore financial institutions. |

Anselm Shore
Anselm has been with the firm since the mid 1980's and
specialises in commercial and construction litigation. This
is a wide field embracing Directors Disqualification proceedings,
partnership disputes, arbitration proceedings and actions
arising under the Insolvency Act.
Anselm also has experience of mediation and other forms
of dispute resolution. He also has experience in private
client work in particular handling of insurance claims both
as Claimant and acting for insurers over many years. |

Daniel Berger
Daniel joined the firm in 1990 since which time he has
created and developed a niche for himself in the commercial
property department.
Daniel specialises in the acquisition of development land,
urban regeneration, investment purchases and sales, secured
lending, landlord and tenant and also has extensive experience
in commercial property finance, acting for a number of the
larger North West property funders. His clients include
entrepreneurs, substantial property companies as well as
banks and lending institutions.
Daniel is well known for his network of contacts in the
commercial property sector. |

David Joseph
David joined the firm in 1991. Specialising in commercial
litigation his range of work includes corporate and private
disputes, property litigation, landlord and tenant, consumer
law, insolvency and shareholder disputes.
David has built his reputation on his skills and quality
of service that he provides to his clients. His relationship
with his clients, personally and professionally, is of paramount
importance. Legal advice given is always focused on being
practical and commercial to ensure the objectives of his
clients are achieved. |

Dov Black
Dov joined the firm in 2004 having been a corporate finance
partner in a leading commercial practice in Manchester.
Dov specialises in company and corporate finance work,
advising on acquisitions, disposals, MBO’s, MBI’s,
joint ventures and a wide range of other commercial issues.
Dov has a broad range of clients, acting for institutions,
AIM listed companies, owner-managed businesses and a large
number of entrepreneurial individuals.
Dov plays a pivotal role in the corporate finance department
within Zatman & Co. His department aims to provide a
partner led first class service to its expanding client
base. |

Paul Stedman
Paul joined the firm in 2004 from a leading commercial
practice as a specialist in employment and contract law.
Paul’s clients range from listed plc’s to entrepreneurial
businesses to whom he provides focused commercial legal
advice on a wide range of issues.
Paul has been recognised in Legal 500 as “recommended”
for his employment specialisation and has started to build
a department to provide a proactive and first class service
for the firm’s growing client base. |
